CALL FOR PAPERS
Proposals for Contributed Papers will be accepted until April 30, 2004. Topics should be related to the theme of the 17th I.C.H.E., "Fundraising for Universities." If your paper cannot be faxed, please bring 30 copies with you to the Conference.

REGISTRATION FEES
Participants 120 Euros Accompanying persons 100 Euros The registration fee includes meals, coffee breaks and a contribution to the Conference costs. The registration form is included in this brochure and is also available on the I.C.H.E. web page: http://www.intconfhighered.org/regform2004.htm

Several hotels are recommended, depending on the mode of travel. All hotel rates include breakfast. Those arriving by train or plane may prefer the inner city, but parking for those coming by car is difficult:

TRAVEL CONNECTIONS
Luxembourg has an international airport located four kilometers from the city center, with regular bus connections to the city. Railroads connect Luxembourg with Brussels, Paris and Frankfurt, the main station being one kilometer from the city center. Motorways have direct access to the peripheries of the City of Luxembourg.
