Regional and International Cooperation in Higher Education

 This topic is envisioned as covering modes of cooperation  to enhance regional development in  higher education and international collaborations.
It also includes such matters as universities with foreign campuses (e.g. New York University/Florence, Yale University/Singapore, Education City/Doha) and questions of student-abroad programs like the Erasmus Programme of the European Union and the program of the Kurdish Region of Iraq to send record numbers of students to other countries.
