22nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON
HIGHER EDUCATION
The 22nd
International Conference on Higher Education, scheduled for June 17-19,
2011, in Ankara, Turkey, marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of
I.C.H.E. by the late İhsan Doğramacı in that same city.
The 2011 host
institution Bilkent University, which Doğramacı founded in 1984,
has announced that in honor of this occasion Conference registration fees
will be waived for all participants.
The theme of the Conference will be “Quality
in Higher Education” and the scope is outlined in the
attached description. Invited
